1. AI를 어디까지 쓰나

독자가 직접 쓰는 AI 기능 — 컨시어지 채팅, 메뉴 번역, 스캔, 일정 생성 — 은 그 자리에서 AI가 생성하며 화면에 그렇게 표시합니다. 상세와 한계는 AI 이용 고지에 있습니다.

가이드 본문은 다릅니다. AI가 초안과 번역을 돕지만, AI 출력이 검수 없이 게시되는 일은 없습니다. 특히 다음은 AI가 만들어 낼 수 없습니다.

• 수수료·과태료·보험 적용률·운영 시간 같은 수치. 반드시 1차 출처에서 가져와 데이터 파일에 출처와 함께 기록합니다.
• 전화번호와 URL. 배포 전 자동 점검을 통과해야 합니다.
• 각 가이드 하단의 공식 출처 목록. 사람이 고르고 사람이 열어 확인합니다.

2. 사람이 검수하는 절차

1. 초안의 모든 수치를 1차 출처와 한 건씩 대조합니다. 대조가 안 되면 문장을 지웁니다.
2. 12개 언어 번역본은 원문과 숫자가 같은지를 기계적으로 검사합니다. 로케일마다 값이 달라지는 사고가 실제로 있었기 때문입니다.
3. 배포 전 스크립트가 외부 링크 전수를 열어 보고(DNS·인증서·응답 코드), 실패하면 배포를 막습니다.
4. 검수 일자가 9개월을 넘긴 문서는 같은 게이트에서 걸립니다.

한계는 분명히 해 둡니다: 검수자는 해당 분야의 자격자가 아닙니다. 의사·변호사·행정사 검수는 없으며, 의료·법률·비자 페이지 하단에 그 사실을 적고 해당 기관 원문 링크를 함께 답니다.

3. 제휴·광고와 편집의 분리

• 광고는 게재 위치만 정해지고, 어떤 광고주도 가이드 내용에 관여하지 않습니다.
• 외부 링크가 수수료를 발생시키는 제휴 링크인지 여부는 각 가이드 하단에 표시합니다. 제휴 여부는 추천 내용이나 순위에 영향을 주지 않습니다.
• 대가를 받고 게재하는 글(협찬·기사형 광고)은 없습니다. 생기면 해당 글 최상단에 표시합니다.

4. 정정 정책

• 신고: [email protected] 또는 AI 화면의 신고 버튼. 어느 페이지의 어느 문장인지 알려 주시면 가장 빠릅니다.
• 처리: 안전·의료·법규 오류는 확인 즉시 고쳐 배포합니다. 그 밖의 오류는 다음 배포에 반영합니다.
• 기록: 수치가 바뀐 정정은 해당 데이터 파일에 무엇이 왜 틀렸는지를 남깁니다. 같은 값이 같은 경로로 다시 들어오는 것을 막기 위해서입니다. 예: 비자 수수료 세 건과 오버스테이 과태료의 2026-09-20 정정.
• 되돌리지 않는 것: 과거 기록(아카이브)은 그때의 기록이므로 고치지 않습니다.

5. 쓰지 않는 것

• 실제 이용자 데이터가 아닌 평점·이용자 수. 2026-09-20 이전 프리미엄 카드에 있던 별점과 이용자 수는 근거가 없어 삭제했습니다.
• 확인할 수 없는 출처 없는 비율·점유율.
• 무료 기능에 붙는 유료처럼 보이는 표시.

본 서비스는 무료로 제공되며 상품·서비스를 판매하지 않습니다. 따라서 전자상거래법상 통신판매업자에 해당하지 않아 사업자등록번호·통신판매업 신고번호를 표시하지 않습니다.

1. Where AI is used

The AI features you use directly — concierge chat, menu translation, scan, itinerary generation — are generated on the spot, and each screen says so. Their limits are in the AI notice.

Guide text is different. AI helps with drafting and translation, but no AI output is published unchecked. In particular, AI is never the source of:

• Numbers — fees, fines, insurance coverage, opening hours. These come from a primary source and are recorded in the data file together with that source.
• Phone numbers and URLs. They must survive the pre-release check.
• The official-source list at the foot of each guide. A person picks those and opens them.

2. What the human check actually is

1. Every figure in a draft is reconciled against a primary source, one at a time. A figure that cannot be reconciled loses its sentence.
2. The 12 translations are checked mechanically for matching numbers, because locales have drifted apart before.
3. Before release, a script opens every outbound link — DNS, certificate, response code — and blocks the release on failure.
4. A document whose review date is older than nine months fails the same gate.

The limit is stated plainly: the person checking is not licensed in the field. There is no physician, lawyer or 행정사 review, and the medical, legal and visa pages say so at their foot alongside links to the agency that can answer properly.

3. Advertising and partner links stay out of the copy

• Ads occupy fixed slots. No advertiser has any input into guide content.
• Whether an outbound link earns a commission is disclosed at the foot of each guide. It has no effect on what is recommended or how anything is ranked.
• There is no paid placement — no sponsored posts, no advertorials. If that ever changes, it will be labelled at the top of the piece.

4. Corrections

• Report to [email protected], or with the report button on any AI screen. Naming the page and the sentence is fastest.
• Handling: safety, medical and legal errors are fixed and deployed as soon as they are confirmed. Everything else rides the next release.
• Record: when a figure changes, the data file keeps what was wrong and why, so the same value cannot return by the same route. Example: the three visa fees and the overstay penalty corrected on 2026-09-20.
• Not rewritten: archived records stay as they were written.

5. What we will not publish

• Ratings or user counts that are not real usage data. The star ratings and user counts that sat on the premium cards before 2026-09-20 had no basis and were deleted.
• Unsourced percentages or market shares.
• Paid-looking labels on free features.
