  • 본 저작물은 '기상청'에서 작성하여 공공누리 제1유형으로 개방한 '단기예보 조회서비스'를 이용하였으며, 해당 저작물은 공공데이터포털(https://www.data.go.kr/data/15084084/openapi.do)에서 무료로 받을 수 있습니다.

명소 사진 출처

  • 명소 사진은 '한국관광공사'에서 작성하여 공공누리 제1유형(출처표시)으로 개방한 '관광사진 정보'(포토코리아, https://www.data.go.kr/data/15101914/openapi.do)를 오픈 API 로 받아 씁니다. 사진마다 [ⓒ한국관광공사 포토코리아 · 촬영 촬영자 · 공공누리 제1유형] 형식의 출처와 원본 링크를 사진의 ⓘ 버튼과 명소 페이지 하단 '사진 크레딧'에 표시합니다. 공공누리 제1유형: https://www.kogl.or.kr/info/licenseType1.do
  • 포토코리아에 알맞은 사진이 없는 일부 명소(석굴암)는 '문화재청(현 국가유산청)'에서 작성하여 공공누리 제1유형으로 개방하고 위키미디어 공용(Wikimedia Commons)에 올라 있는 사진을 씁니다. 파일마다 원본 페이지의 공공누리 제1유형 표시를 확인하고, [문화재청(현 국가유산청) · (촬영자가 밝혀진 경우) 촬영 촬영자 · 공공누리 제1유형] 형식의 출처와 원본 페이지 링크를 같은 자리에 표시합니다.
  • 사진은 화면 크기에 맞게 크기를 줄이고(일부는 용량을 맞추려 아주 약한 노이즈 감소) 화면 비율에 맞게 잘라 보여 줄 수 있습니다. 제3유형(변경금지) 사진은 자르거나 보정하지 않고 원본 비율 그대로 보여 줍니다.
  • 이 사진들은 피사체에 대한 명예훼손·인격권 침해 등 일반 정서에 반하는 용도로 쓸 수 없고, 기업 CI·BI 로 쓸 수 없습니다. SeoulTrip 은 관광 사진을 앱 아이콘·로고·공유 이미지에 쓰지 않습니다. 사진의 저작권은 한국관광공사·국가유산청과 촬영자에게 있으며, SeoulTrip 화면에서 사진을 내려받아 다시 쓰려면 원 출처의 이용조건을 따르십시오.

상표

Apple, App Store는 Apple Inc.의 상표입니다. Google, Google Play, AdMob, Gemini는 Google LLC의 상표입니다. Cloudflare 는 Cloudflare, Inc. 의 상표입니다. 그 밖의 상표는 각 소유자에게 귀속됩니다.

The data below comes from open APIs on Korea's Public Data Portal (data.go.kr).

  • Weather uses the Korea Meteorological Administration's "Short-term Forecast Service", released under Korea Open Government License (KOGL) Type 1 and available free at https://www.data.go.kr/data/15084084/openapi.do.
  • Air quality uses Korea Environment Corporation's "AirKorea air pollution statistics" (real-time average by province/metropolitan city), released under KOGL Type 3 (attribution, no modification). The official hourly city averages are shown as published, without modification. Available free at https://www.data.go.kr/data/15073855/openapi.do.
  • Public and substitute holiday dates are generated from the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute's "Special Day Information" (https://www.data.go.kr/data/15012690/openapi.do).
  • Pharmacy and emergency-room lists are snapshots of the National Medical Center's "Nationwide Pharmacy Information" (https://www.data.go.kr/data/15000576/openapi.do) and "Nationwide Emergency Medical Institution Information" (https://www.data.go.kr/data/15000563/openapi.do). Each screen shows its as-of date.
  • Foreign-language names of sights and festivals come from the Korea Tourism Organization's multilingual tourism information services (English https://www.data.go.kr/data/15101753/openapi.do · Japanese 15101760 · Simplified Chinese 15101764 · Traditional Chinese 15101769 · German 15101805 · French 15101808).

  • Photos of sights come from the Korea Tourism Organization's "Tourism Photo Information" (PhotoKorea, https://www.data.go.kr/data/15101914/openapi.do), released under Korea Open Government License (KOGL) Type 1 (attribution) and received through its open API. Each photo is credited as [ⓒ한국관광공사 포토코리아 · 촬영 photographer · 공공누리 제1유형] (PhotoKorea, photographer, KOGL Type 1) with a link to the original, via the ⓘ button on the photo and under "Photo credits" at the foot of each sight page.   • For a few sights PhotoKorea has no suitable photo of (Seokguram), we use photos the Cultural Heritage Administration (now the Korea Heritage Service) released under KOGL Type 1 and that are hosted on Wikimedia Commons. The KOGL Type 1 notice is checked on each file's page, and each photo is credited as [문화재청(현 국가유산청) · 촬영 photographer, where named · 공공누리 제1유형] with a link to that page, in the same places.
  • Photos are resized for the screen (a few with very light noise reduction to meet the size budget) and may be cropped to fit a frame. KOGL Type 3 (no modification) photos are never cropped or retouched and keep their original proportions.
  • These photos may not be used in ways that defame the subject or infringe personality rights, or as a corporate identity (CI/BI). SeoulTrip does not use tourism photos for its app icon, logo or share images. Copyright stays with the Korea Tourism Organization, the Korea Heritage Service and the photographers; to reuse a photo, follow the terms at its original source.
