1. AI를 쓰는 기능

컨시어지 채팅, 메뉴 번역, 스캔, 일정 생성 네 가지입니다. 모두 Google Gemini로 처리하며, 출력은 사람이 작성한 것이 아니라 AI가 생성한 것입니다. 각 화면에 이를 표시합니다.

2. 한계

• 부정확하거나 오래된 정보를 생성할 수 있습니다. 특히 가격·영업시간·법규·의료 정보는 실제와 다를 수 있습니다.
• 사진 인식은 조명·각도·포장 상태에 따라 잘못 식별할 수 있습니다.
• 알레르기·의약품 정보는 생명과 직결될 수 있습니다. AI 결과만 믿지 말고 점원·약사·의사에게 원문을 보여주고 확인하십시오. 이를 위해 번역·스캔 결과에는 한국어 원문을 항상 함께 표시합니다.
• AI는 법률·의료·비자 자문을 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 잘못된 결과 신고

모든 AI 화면에 신고 버튼이 있습니다. 오역·오식별은 일반 문의와 분리해 처리합니다.

4. 입력 데이터

입력한 텍스트와 이미지는 응답 생성을 위해 Google로 전송되며, 모델 학습에 사용되지 않도록 운영합니다. 상세는 개인정보처리방침을 참조하십시오.

5. 요금

AI 기능은 다이아몬드를 소모하며, 차감 전에 화면에 가격을 고지합니다.

1. Which features use AI

Concierge chat, menu translation, scan, and itinerary generation. All four run on Google Gemini, and their output is generated by AI, not written by a person. Each screen says so.

2. Limits

• Output can be inaccurate or out of date — especially prices, opening hours, regulations, and medical information.
• Photo recognition can misidentify things depending on lighting, angle, and packaging.
• Allergy and medicine information can be life-critical. Do not rely on AI alone: show the Korean original to the staff member, pharmacist, or doctor. That is why translation and scan results always show the Korean source text.
• The AI does not provide legal, medical, or immigration advice.

3. Reporting a wrong result

Every AI screen has a report button. Mistranslations and misidentifications are handled separately from general enquiries.

4. Your input

The text and images you submit are sent to Google to generate the response, and are operated so they are not used for model training. See the Privacy Policy.

AI features spend diamonds, and the price is shown before any deduction.
