이용약관 · Terms of Service

본 약관은 개인이 운영하는 SeoulTrip(서울트립, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 이하 운영자를 "운영자"라 합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. 서비스 내용

한국 여행·생활 정보 가이드, AI 기능(컨시어지·메뉴 번역·스캔·일정 생성), 프리미엄 콘텐츠를 제공합니다. 정보는 참고용이며 정확성과 완전성을 보증하지 않습니다. 비자·의료·법률·안전·요금 정보는 반드시 공식 기관에서 확인하십시오.

2. 계정

이메일 또는 소셜 로그인으로 계정을 만들 수 있습니다. 계정 정보의 보안 유지는 이용자 책임입니다. 가이드 콘텐츠 등 무료 영역은 계정 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.

3. 광고

서비스는 무료이며, 운영 비용은 광고로 충당합니다. 일부 AI 기능은 이용 전에 광고 시청을 요청할 수 있습니다. 광고는 제3자 광고 네트워크가 게재하며, 광고 식별자 등의 처리에 관하여는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

4. 유료 판매 없음

본 서비스는 이용자에게 어떠한 재화나 용역도 판매하지 않습니다. 인앱결제·구독·유료 콘텐츠가 없으므로 결제와 환불이 발생하지 않습니다.

5. 금지행위

역공학, 자동화된 대량 수집, 서비스 방해, 보상의 부정 취득, 타인 사칭, 기타 법령 위반 행위를 금지합니다.

6. 보증의 배제와 책임 제한

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 정보의 정확성, 제3자 데이터, AI 출력에 대한 보증을 배제하며, 간접·부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 제한하지 않습니다.

7. 계약 해지

이용자는 언제든지 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

8. 준거법

대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 소비자는 주소지 관할 법원에 제소할 수 있습니다.

9. 약관 변경

약관을 변경할 때는 시행일과 변경 내용을 공지합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 30일 전에 고지합니다.

본 서비스는 무료로 제공되며 상품·서비스를 판매하지 않습니다. 따라서 전자상거래법상 통신판매업자에 해당하지 않아 사업자등록번호·통신판매업 신고번호를 표시하지 않습니다.

These Terms govern your use of SeoulTrip, a free service operated by an individual ("the operator"). By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Travel and living guides for Korea, AI features (concierge, menu translation, scan, itinerary), and premium content. Information is provided for reference and is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Always confirm visa, medical, legal, safety, and pricing information with the official authority.

2. Accounts

You can create an account with email or social sign-in. Keeping your credentials secure is your responsibility. The guide content is free and needs no account.

3. Advertising

The service is free and is funded by advertising. Some AI features may ask you to watch an ad before they run. Ads are served by third-party networks; how advertising identifiers are handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.

4. Nothing is sold

We sell you nothing. There is no in-app purchase, subscription, or paid content, so no payment or refund arises.

5. Prohibited conduct

Reverse engineering, automated bulk collection, interfering with the service, obtaining rewards fraudulently, impersonation, and any unlawful activity.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties as to accuracy, third-party data, and AI output, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits liability for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Consumers may bring proceedings in the court of their domicile.

9. Changes

We will announce changes with their effective date. Changes unfavourable to users take effect no earlier than 30 days after notice.
