SeoulTrip(서울트립) 운영자(이하 "운영자")는 이용자의 개인정보를 개인정보보호법 등 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 계정: 이메일, 소셜 로그인 식별자
• 프로필(선택): 알레르기·식단·매운맛 선호, 표시 언어, 관심 도시
• 사용: 기능 사용 이벤트
• 기기: 기기·앱 식별자
• 광고(동의 시): 광고 식별자, IP
• AI 입력: 이용자가 입력한 질문·업로드한 사진

수집하지 않는 정보: 단말 위치정보, 카드번호, 주민등록번호.

2. 이용 목적

로그인, AI 기능 제공, 서비스 운영과 어뷰징 방지, 동의한 경우 맞춤 광고 제공.

3. 처리위탁

• Google(Gemini API): AI 응답 생성
• Google AdMob / Google AdSense: 광고 게재
• Supabase, Google Cloud Platform: 인증·데이터 저장

4. 보유 및 파기

계정 정보는 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 통신비밀보호법에 따라 접속 기록은 3개월 보관합니다. 유료 판매가 없으므로 전자상거래법상 결제·불만 처리 기록 보관 의무는 적용되지 않습니다.

5. 이용자 권리

열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 설정 또는 아래 이메일로 요청하십시오. EEA/UK 이용자는 GDPR상의 권리를, 캘리포니아 이용자는 CCPA상의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

6. 계정 삭제

앱 내 설정 또는 계정 삭제 페이지에서 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 아동

만 18세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 국제 이전

위 수탁자의 해외 인프라에 데이터가 저장·처리될 수 있으며, 관련 법령이 요구하는 보호조치를 적용합니다.

9. 안전성 확보 조치

전송 구간 암호화(TLS), 접근 권한 통제, 접근 기록 보관.

10. 쿠키

웹에서 로그인 유지를 위해 쿠키를 사용합니다. 상세는 쿠키 정책을 참조하십시오.

11. 변경 고지

본 방침을 변경할 때는 시행일과 내용을 공지합니다.

본 서비스는 무료로 제공되며 상품·서비스를 판매하지 않습니다. 따라서 전자상거래법상 통신판매업자에 해당하지 않아 사업자등록번호·통신판매업 신고번호를 표시하지 않습니다.

The operator of SeoulTrip processes personal data in line with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable law.

1. What we collect

• Account: email, social sign-in identifier
• Profile (optional): allergies, diet, spice preference, display language, city of interest
• Usage: feature events
• Device: device and app identifiers
• Advertising (with consent): advertising identifier, IP address
• AI input: the questions you type and the photos you upload

We do not collect device location, card numbers, or national ID numbers.

2. Why we use it

Sign-in, providing AI features, running the service and preventing abuse, and — only with your consent — personalised advertising.

3. Processors

• Google (Gemini API): generating AI responses
• Google AdMob: rewarded advertising
• Supabase, Google Cloud Platform: authentication and storage

4. Retention

Account data is deleted without delay when you close your account. Korean law requires us to keep access logs for 3 months. Because nothing is sold, the e-commerce retention duties for payment and complaint records do not apply.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent through in-app settings or the email below. Users in the EEA/UK have GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights. We do not sell personal information.

6. Deleting your account

Use in-app settings or the account deletion page.

7. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

8. International transfers

Data may be stored and processed on the overseas infrastructure of the processors above, with the safeguards required by applicable law.

9. Security

TLS in transit, access controls, and access logging.

10. Cookies

The web app uses cookies to keep you signed in. See the Cookie Policy.

11. Changes

We will publish the effective date and substance of any change.
