계정·데이터 삭제 · Delete your account

1. 삭제 방법

• 앱: 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제
• 이메일: 가입 이메일로 [email protected] 에 "계정 삭제 요청"을 보내주십시오. 본인 확인 후 처리합니다.

2. 삭제되는 정보

계정(이메일·소셜 로그인 식별자), 프로필, 저장한 가이드와 여행 계획, AI 입력 기록이 삭제됩니다. 다이아몬드 잔액과 프리미엄 언락은 소멸하며 환급되지 않습니다.

3. 삭제 후에도 보관되는 정보

법령이 보존을 요구하는 아래 정보는 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관되며 보존 목적 외로 이용하지 않습니다.

• 대금결제 및 재화 공급 기록: 5년 (전자상거래법)
• 소비자 불만·분쟁 처리 기록: 3년 (전자상거래법)
• 접속 기록: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)

4. 처리 기간

요청 접수 후 영업일 기준 5일 이내 처리하고 결과를 알려드립니다.

5. 삭제 전 확인하세요

• 잔여 다이아몬드는 환급되지 않습니다. 환불받을 결제가 있다면 환불 정책에 따라 먼저 처리하십시오.
• 삭제된 계정과 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.
• 앱을 삭제하는 것만으로는 계정이 삭제되지 않습니다.

본 서비스는 무료로 제공되며 상품·서비스를 판매하지 않습니다. 따라서 전자상거래법상 통신판매업자에 해당하지 않아 사업자등록번호·통신판매업 신고번호를 표시하지 않습니다.

1. How to delete

• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account
• By email: send "Delete my account" from your sign-up address to [email protected]. We verify it is you, then process it.

2. What is deleted

Your account (email and social sign-in identifier), profile, saved guides and trip plans, and AI input history. Any diamond balance and premium unlocks are forfeited and not refunded.

3. What we must keep

Korean law requires us to retain the following, stored separately and used for no other purpose:

• Payment and delivery records: 5 years
• Consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years
• Access logs: 3 months

4. How long it takes

Within 5 business days of your request; we confirm when it is done.

5. Before you delete

• Remaining diamonds are not refunded. Settle any refund first — see the Refund Policy.
• Deletion cannot be undone.
• Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
