1. 삭제 방법

본 서비스에는 계정이 없습니다. 회원가입 절차가 없고 운영자는 이용자를 식별하는 정보를 보관하지 않으므로, 삭제할 서버 측 계정이 존재하지 않습니다.

이용자의 설정과 저장 항목은 기기 안에만 있습니다. 지우는 방법:

• 앱: 기기 설정에서 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
• 웹: 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제(설정 → 개인정보 → 사이트 데이터)로 지워집니다.
• 문의: 확인이 필요하면 hello@seoultrip.vip 로 문의해 주십시오.

2. 삭제되는 정보

기기에 저장된 표시 언어·관심 도시·알레르기 등 선호 설정, 저장한 가이드와 여행 계획이 지워집니다. 이 값들은 애초에 서버로 전송되지 않았습니다.

3. 삭제 후에도 남는 정보

• 이용 통계(기능 사용 이벤트·국가): 이용자와 연결되지 않아 개별 삭제할 대상이 없으며, 3개월 뒤 자동 삭제됩니다.

유료 판매가 없으므로 전자상거래법상 결제·분쟁 기록 보관 의무는 적용되지 않습니다.

4. 처리 기간

요청 접수 후 영업일 기준 5일 이내 처리하고 결과를 알려드립니다.

5. 삭제 전 확인하세요

• 지운 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다. 기기 안에만 있던 값이라 운영자도 되살릴 수 없습니다.
• 서비스 안에 결제 기능이 없으므로 환급할 잔액이 없습니다.

본 서비스는 무료로 제공되며 상품·서비스를 판매하지 않습니다. 따라서 전자상거래법상 통신판매업자에 해당하지 않아 사업자등록번호·통신판매업 신고번호를 표시하지 않습니다.

1. How to delete

This service has no accounts. There is no sign-up, and we hold nothing that identifies you, so there is no server-side account to delete.

Your settings and saved items live only on your device. To clear them:

• App: delete the app from your device and they go with it.
• Web: clear site data in your browser (Settings → Privacy → Site data).
• Questions: write to hello@seoultrip.vip.

2. What is deleted

The preferences stored on your device — display language, cities of interest, allergies — along with saved guides and trip plans. None of these were ever sent to us.

3. What remains

• Usage statistics (feature events and country): not linked to you, so there is nothing individual to delete; they are deleted automatically after 3 months.

Because nothing is sold, the e-commerce retention duties for payment and dispute records do not apply.

4. How long it takes

Within 5 business days of your request; we confirm when it is done.

5. Before you delete

• Clearing cannot be undone. The data lived only on your device, so we cannot restore it either.
• The service has no payment feature, so there is no balance to refund.
