Buy K-pop tickets from abroad: NOL World (ex-Interpark Global), Melon Ticket Global, YES24 Global — setup, sale minute, fan-signs.

Foreigners buy on the global versions of Korean ticket sites. These use a separate account and a passport name, and they take a card issued outside Korea.

This is the setup to finish days ahead, and the sale-minute routine that avoids the usual failures.

1. Days before — clear the blockers

  • Use the global sites: NOL World (world.nol.com, the former Interpark Global, renamed 1 Dec 2025), Melon Ticket Global and YES24 Ticket Global (ticket.yes24.com/English). Each needs its own account; YES24 says its membership is separate from the Korean site. NOL World and YES24 sign up with an e-mail address.
  • Enter your name exactly as it appears in your passport. Pickup at the venue needs ID (Melon: ID and the purchase statement; YES24: your passport).
  • Shows marked “Verified Member Only” need passport and face verification. Melon and YES24 both ask you to finish it 1–2 days before the sale, and on YES24 you cannot change it afterwards.
  • Payment: a card issued outside Korea with 3D Secure turned on (YES24 does not accept China UnionPay). PayPal is offered on some sites and shows (YES24 only when the show is 180+ days away). Melon Global treats a Korean-issued card as grounds to cancel.

2. Sale minute

  • Take the exact open time from the show notice, in KST — fan-club presales and general sales can open at different times. Set your device to automatic network time.
  • Melon Ticket Global recommends a PC with Chrome and pop-ups allowed. Log in a few minutes early and join the queue as soon as it opens.
  • Pick seats and pay as soon as you can — with your card already saved, checkout is fast.

3. Fan-sign (팬사인회) events

  • Fan-sign places are handed out under each event’s own rules, set by the seller named in its notice. The notice gives the sales window, what counts as an entry and the dates — read it before you buy anything.

4. Resale is illegal

  • Since 28 Aug 2026 the Performance Act (공연법 §4의2) bans two things: buying tickets to resell by getting around the seller’s fair purchase process (macros and the like), and habitually or commercially reselling above the price you paid without the seller’s consent. A violation is punishable by up to 1 year in prison or a ₩10 million fine (§41), and the minister can also impose a surcharge of up to 50× the sale amount (§4의4). Buy only from official sellers.
