SeoulTrip(서울트립) 운영자(이하 "운영자")는 이용자의 개인정보를 개인정보보호법 등 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 이용 통계: 기능 사용 이벤트 이름과 그 기능의 정해진 항목(예: 어떤 명소 화면이 열렸는지, 검색 결과 수 — 검색어 자체는 제외), 접속 IP 에서 Cloudflare 가 판별한 국가. IP 자체·브라우저 정보(User-Agent)·쿠키·기기 식별자는 저장하지 않으며, 기록을 특정 이용자와 연결할 수 없습니다
• 광고(동의 시): 광고 식별자, IP
• AI 입력: 이용자가 입력한 질문·업로드한 사진, 그리고 그 요청에 필요한 설정값 — 응답 생성을 위해 Cloudflare(Workers AI, 기본) 또는 Google(Gemini API, 약봉투 스캔 및 대체 경로) 로 전송되며 운영자는 별도 보관하지 않습니다
• 후원(선택, 외부 플랫폼 ko-fi.com 경유): 플랫폼이 후원자의 표시 이름·이메일·메시지를 운영자에게 전달할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이를 감사 인사, 문의 응답, 법령상 의무 이행에만 쓰며 따로 옮겨 저장하지 않습니다. 카드번호 등 결제 정보는 운영자에게 전달되지 않습니다.

기기 안에만 저장되고 전송되지 않는 것: 표시 언어, 관심 도시, 저장한 가이드와 여행 계획.

기기에 저장되지만 AI 요청 시 함께 전송되는 것: 알레르기·식단·매운맛 선호, 그리고 일정 생성에 입력한 도시·기간·인원 같은 여행 조건. 메뉴 번역과 일정 생성이 그 값을 반영하려면 요청에 담겨야 하기 때문이며, AI 기능을 쓰지 않으면 전송되지 않습니다.

서비스 이용 중 수집하지 않는 정보: 이메일·계정 식별자(계정 기능 자체가 없습니다), 기기 식별자, 단말 위치정보, 카드번호, 주민등록번호.

2. 이용 목적

AI 기능 제공, 서비스 운영과 어뷰징 방지, 동의한 경우 맞춤 광고 제공. 로그인 기능이 없으므로 인증 목적의 처리는 없습니다.

3. 처리위탁

• Cloudflare(Workers AI): AI 응답 생성(기본)
• Cloudflare(Workers Analytics Engine): 이용 통계 저장
• Google(Gemini API): AI 응답 생성(약 스캔 및 대체 경로)
• Google AdMob / Google AdSense: 광고 게재

인증·회원 데이터베이스 수탁자는 없습니다. 계정 기능이 없어 저장할 회원 정보 자체가 존재하지 않습니다.

4. 보유 및 파기

파기할 계정 정보가 없습니다 — 회원가입이 없어 운영자가 보관하는 이용자 식별 정보가 애초에 생기지 않습니다. 이용 통계는 Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine 에 저장되며 3개월 뒤 자동 삭제됩니다. 유료 판매가 없으므로 전자상거래법상 결제·불만 처리 기록 보관 의무는 적용되지 않습니다.

5. 이용자 권리

열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 설정 또는 아래 이메일로 요청하십시오. EEA/UK 이용자는 GDPR상의 권리를, 캘리포니아 이용자는 CCPA상의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

6. 데이터 삭제

삭제할 서버 측 계정이 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 설정·저장한 가이드를 지우는 방법은 데이터 삭제 안내에 있습니다.

7. 아동

만 18세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

8. 국제 이전

위 수탁자의 해외 인프라에 데이터가 저장·처리될 수 있으며, 관련 법령이 요구하는 보호조치를 적용합니다.

9. 안전성 확보 조치

전송 구간 암호화(TLS), 접근 권한 통제, 접근 기록 보관.

10. 쿠키

운영자는 쿠키를 설정하지 않습니다. 언어·저장한 가이드 같은 설정은 쿠키가 아니라 브라우저의 로컬 저장소에 보관되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 광고를 게재하면 Google 이 동의를 받은 뒤 쿠키를 설정할 수 있습니다. 상세는 쿠키 정책을 참조하십시오.

11. 변경 고지

본 방침을 변경할 때는 시행일과 내용을 공지합니다.

본 서비스는 무료로 제공되며 상품·서비스를 판매하지 않습니다. 따라서 전자상거래법상 통신판매업자에 해당하지 않아 사업자등록번호·통신판매업 신고번호를 표시하지 않습니다.

The operator of SeoulTrip processes personal data in line with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable law.

1. What we collect

• Usage statistics: the feature event's name and that feature's fixed fields (e.g. which place page opened, how many search results — never the search text), and the country Cloudflare derives from your IP. The IP itself, browser details (User-Agent), cookies and device identifiers are not stored, and no record can be tied to a person
• Advertising (with consent): advertising identifier, IP address
• AI input: the questions you type, the photos you upload and the settings that request needs — sent to Cloudflare (Workers AI, the default) or Google (Gemini API, for medicine scans and as a fallback) to generate a reply; we keep no copy
• Tips (optional, via the outside platform ko-fi.com): the platform may pass the supporter's display name, email and message to the operator. We use them only to say thanks, answer questions and meet legal duties, and do not copy them elsewhere. Card numbers and other payment details never reach us.

Kept on your device only, never sent to us: display language, cities of interest, saved guides and trip plans.

Stored on your device but sent with an AI request: allergies, diet and spice preference, and the trip details you enter for a plan (city, dates, group size). A menu translation or an itinerary can only take them into account if they travel with the request. Use no AI feature and they are never sent.

While you use the service we do not collect email or account identifiers (there are no accounts), device identifiers, device location, card numbers, or national ID numbers.

2. Why we use it

Providing AI features, running the service and preventing abuse, and — only with your consent — personalised advertising. There is no sign-in, so nothing is processed for authentication.

3. Processors

• Cloudflare (Workers AI): generating AI responses (default)
• Cloudflare (Workers Analytics Engine): storing usage statistics
• Google (Gemini API): generating AI responses (medicine scans and fallback)
• Google AdMob / Google AdSense: serving advertising

There is no authentication or member-database processor. With no accounts, there is no member record to store.

4. Retention

There is no account data to delete — with no sign-up, nothing that identifies you is ever created on our side. Usage statistics are stored in Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine and deleted automatically after 3 months. Because nothing is sold, the e-commerce retention duties for payment and complaint records do not apply.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent through in-app settings or the email below. Users in the EEA/UK have GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights. We do not sell personal information.

6. Deleting your data

There is no server-side account to delete. To clear the settings and saved guides held on your device, see Deleting your data.

7. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect children's data.

8. International transfers

Data may be stored and processed on the overseas infrastructure of the processors above, with the safeguards required by applicable law.

9. Security

TLS in transit, access controls, and access logging.

10. Cookies

We set no cookies. Settings such as language and saved guides live in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and are never sent to us. If advertising is switched on, Google may set cookies after asking for your consent. See the Cookie Policy.

11. Changes

We will publish the effective date and substance of any change.
