이용약관 · Terms of Service

본 약관은 개인이 운영하는 SeoulTrip(서울트립, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 이하 운영자를 "운영자"라 합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. 서비스 내용

한국 여행·생활 정보 가이드, AI 기능(컨시어지·메뉴 번역·스캔·일정 생성), 프리미엄 콘텐츠를 제공합니다. 정보는 참고용이며 정확성과 완전성을 보증하지 않습니다. 비자·의료·법률·안전·요금 정보는 반드시 공식 기관에서 확인하십시오.

2. 계정

계정 기능이 없습니다. 회원가입·로그인 절차 없이 모든 기능을 이용할 수 있으며, 운영자는 이용자를 식별하는 계정을 만들지 않습니다. 언어·관심 도시·저장한 가이드 같은 설정은 이용자 기기 안에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

3. 광고

서비스는 무료이며, 운영 비용은 광고·제휴 수수료·자발적 후원으로 충당합니다. 일부 AI 기능은 이용 전에 광고 시청을 요청할 수 있습니다. 광고는 제3자 광고 네트워크가 게재하며, 광고 식별자 등의 처리에 관하여는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 일부 가이드에는 제휴 링크가 있으며, 그 링크로 예약하면 운영자가 파트너로부터 수수료를 받을 수 있습니다. 제휴 링크 이후의 예약·결제·고객 응대는 해당 파트너와 이용자 사이의 계약이며, 운영자는 그 거래의 당사자가 아니고 주문이나 결제를 대행하지 않습니다.

4. 유료 판매 없음

본 서비스는 이용자에게 어떠한 재화나 용역도 판매하지 않습니다. 인앱결제·구독·유료 콘텐츠가 없으므로 서비스 이용에 대한 결제와 환불이 발생하지 않습니다.

운영자는 외부 후원 페이지(ko-fi.com)에서 자발적 후원을 받습니다. 후원은 서비스 이용의 대가가 아니며, 후원 여부에 따라 열리거나 잠기는 기능은 없습니다. 후원금의 결제와 환불은 해당 플랫폼과 결제사의 정책을 따릅니다.

5. 금지행위

역공학, 자동화된 대량 수집, 서비스 방해, 보상의 부정 취득, 타인 사칭, 기타 법령 위반 행위를 금지합니다.

6. 보증의 배제와 책임 제한

서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 법이 허용하는 범위에서 정보의 정확성, 제3자 데이터, AI 출력에 대한 보증을 배제하며, 간접·부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 제한하지 않습니다.

7. 계약 해지

이용을 중단하면 계약은 그것으로 끝납니다 — 해지할 계정이 없습니다. 기기에 저장된 설정을 지우는 방법은 데이터 삭제 안내에 있습니다.

8. 준거법

대한민국 법을 준거법으로 하며, 소비자는 주소지 관할 법원에 제소할 수 있습니다.

9. 약관 변경

약관을 변경할 때는 시행일과 변경 내용을 공지합니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 시행 30일 전에 고지합니다.

본 서비스는 무료로 제공되며 상품·서비스를 판매하지 않습니다. 따라서 전자상거래법상 통신판매업자에 해당하지 않아 사업자등록번호·통신판매업 신고번호를 표시하지 않습니다.

These Terms govern your use of SeoulTrip, a free service operated by an individual ("the operator"). By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Travel and living guides for Korea, AI features (concierge, menu translation, scan, itinerary), and premium content. Information is provided for reference and is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Always confirm visa, medical, legal, safety, and pricing information with the official authority.

2. Accounts

There are no accounts. Every feature works without signing up or logging in, and we do not create an identity for you. Settings such as language, cities of interest and saved guides are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.

3. Advertising

The service is free and is funded by advertising, partner commissions and voluntary tips. Some AI features may ask you to watch an ad before they run. Ads are served by third-party networks; how advertising identifiers are handled is set out in the Privacy Policy. Some guides carry partner links; if you book through one, the operator may earn a commission from the partner. What happens after the link — booking, payment, customer support — is a contract between you and that partner. The operator is not a party to it and does not take orders or payments.

4. Nothing is sold

We sell you nothing. There is no in-app purchase, subscription, or paid content, so no payment or refund for using the service arises.

The operator accepts voluntary tips on an outside page (ko-fi.com). A tip is not payment for the service, and no feature is unlocked or withheld because of it. Payment and refunds for tips follow that platform's and the payment provider's policies.

5. Prohibited conduct

Reverse engineering, automated bulk collection, interfering with the service, obtaining rewards fraudulently, impersonation, and any unlawful activity.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties as to accuracy, third-party data, and AI output, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits liability for our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Termination

Stopping using the service ends the agreement — there is no account to close. To clear what is stored on your device, see Deleting your data.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Consumers may bring proceedings in the court of their domicile.

9. Changes

We will announce changes with their effective date. Changes unfavourable to users take effect no earlier than 30 days after notice.
