Highlights

History

COEX began in 1986 as the Korea Exhibition Center, set up by the Korea International Trade Association. The Korea World Trade Center was completed in 1988, and the 3rd Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) was held here in 2000, followed by the G20 Seoul Summit in 2010. COEX Mall is the shopping mall inside this exhibition and convention complex.
