Korean taxis and Kakao T do NOT provide child seats, and the law is laxly enforced for taxis. If you need a car seat, bring a travel/inflatable one, use the subway, or book a private transfer that explicitly offers seats. Do not assume a Kakao T car will have one.
Almost every department store, large mall, and major subway/train station has a free 수유실 — clean, with a sink, microwave, changing table, and nursing chairs. Ask staff "수유실 어디예요?" or look for the baby-bottle icon on floor maps. They're excellent once you know to look.
Seoul subway has elevators at most stations but they can be far from the platform — use the KakaoMetro/Naver Map elevator routing. Strollers ride free. Avoid 08:00–09:30 and 18:00–19:30 rush crush.
Many restaurants have a high chair (아기 의자) but won't offer it — ask "아기 의자 있어요?". BBQ + casual places are generally kid-welcoming; some pubs/bars go 19+ in the evening.
CU/GS25/7-Eleven stock diapers (기저귀), wipes, and formula in a pinch; full ranges are at Olive Young, E-Mart, and pharmacies. Hot water for formula is free at any convenience store or cafe.
Under-3s are usually free at attractions; kids' rates kick in for ages 3–12 (bring proof of age if asked). Many Korean meals are shareable, so a child often eats from the table rather than ordering separately.
