For full POI map + walking + transit routing, SeoulTrip hands you off to Visit Korea Map — our sister project built on MapLibre + OSM + TourAPI + Overture data.

Why a separate map app?

•Naver Maps and Kakao Maps render best in Korean and require Korean accounts for most features. Google Maps lacks walking and transit data in Korea.
•Visit Korea Map is a foreigner-first MapLibre stack: English POI names by default, OSM-based walking routes, ODsay-based transit routing, no login required.
•It includes a foreigner-friendliness layer (English menu, card payment, English staff) we built using the same Claude pipeline as the menu translator here.
